Dr. Amy White DVM, CVA, CVC

Dr. Amy White earned her B.S. in Biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2005 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. After 8 years of practicing Small Animal Emergency Medicine and General Practice a desire to look for more ways to help her patents along with a pull to get back to her original goal of Mixed Animal Practice led her to pursue training in Acupuncture at The Chi University. She earned her Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist (CVA) in 2019 and her desire to further her dive into Integrative Veterinary Medicine led her to next pursue her Veterinary Chiropractic Certification from Parker University in 2021. She started EarthWorks Mobile Veterinary Services in 2019 which provides Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, and Chiropractic Care for Small Animal and Large Animal patients. 
 
In her spare time you can find Dr. White on her farm with her husband, three goats, three dogs, and two cats or at the barn with her horse. She loves being outside and living on the coast and loves the path that Veterinary Medicine has taken her on and all of the amazing animals and people that it has brought into her life!

Kylie Baron
Office Manager

Kylie is a Wilmington native and has been in the equine world since she can remember. From growing up riding almost every breed and saddle, to competing on her university hunter/jumper team, she has always had a passion for horses. Kylie first met Dr. Amy while working at Porters Neck Vets and was thrilled to come on recently to explore the world of small and large animal acupuncture and Chiropractic care as EarthWorks new office assistant. In her spare time Kylie loves to spend time with her husband, two year old daughter and two dogs.

Paige Hildebrandt
Assistant 

Paige earned her B.S. in Animal Science at the University of Connecticut in 2011. Following graduation, she had an internship at a well renowned race horse breeding farm in Virginia (Go Quality Road!) before continuing on to SmartPak Equine for 8 years, learning about & educating others on supporting horses and dogs through nutrition and alternative therapies. Providing the best care for her animals has always been a priority and Paige first met Dr. Amy as a client while receiving chiropractic care for her horse, Paisley, before joining the EarthWorks team as an assistant. Not only does she absolutely love getting to spoil your animals during treatment, but she enjoys getting to know you and your pets and seeing progress in their health journey. In her free time you can find Paige spending time with her husband & 2 rescue pups on the water, at the barn with Paisley, or volunteering with local sea turtle conservation programs.

Rachel Meyerchick
Assistant 

Rachel is an all around animal lover, who specializes in everything horses. She started volunteering at a therapeutic riding center, and grew to become a groom at a polo barn. Eventually, she got to join the sport of polo, and ventured off eventing. She is currently back in the game, and switched sides to western, and has started dabbling in mounted shooting, and ranch riding. She met Dr. Amy, and got to watch her treat horses at her barn, and joined the team. Becoming one of Amy’s assistant has broadened her horizons in the horse world with equine, canine & feline acupuncture and chiropractic care. Rachel also teaches riding lessons, and helps others tune their horses. In her free time, you can find Rachel on adventures with her Malinois, Diesel, or attending dog shows.
